REGOL-14 is an austenitic work hardening type alloy steel.
This steel displays superior resistance to impact and shock and
will work harden under peening action to approximately Rockwell
60 C. In applications of extreme shock, REGOL-14 is vastly superior
to normal manganese plate. |

Stringer beads with an overpass are recommended. Peening of the stringer beads will produce a more ductile weld. |
